Casa Esperanza is a gorgeous villa in the hillside community of Pedregal, that is able to accommodate eighteen guests for a vacation of rest and relaxation. Esperanza has the distinction of being one of the few villas located in Pedregal that has direct access to the beach, which is a rarity in this community. While the area is able to provide an incredible amount of privacy, it is still only within five minutes from the exciting downtown location of Cabo San Lucas.

The main living area is simply grand, it features an incredible domed brick ceiling as well as numerous windows that help to give the entire room an open feeling. When the doors to Esperanza are fully opened, the villa immediately fills with sunlight and the warm ocean breeze, creating a cohesive field between the indoor and outdoor worlds. The sitting area offers several leather armchairs as well as a comfortable “L” shaped sofa that faces a gorgeous ocean view. The kitchen is a chef’s dream featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, as well as a granite countertop continuing the open concept atmosphere of the villa. Dinner will be an affair to remember as up to 10 people can dine under the brick ceiling and beautiful chandelier.
