Located on the beach directly, Villa Captiva has been decorated in the style of a traditional Mexican hacienda that is adorned with graceful archways and wrought iron fixtures along with a touch of some modern charm and extra flourish of Caribbean colors.

A great space for entertaining in, the large living room has been painted in neutral calming tones, and has exquisite chandeliers, pocket sliding wood framed doors, and a range of comfortable furniture – with a beautiful piano and grand fireplace completing the room’s sweep and style. The living room then opens up into an elegant spacious dining area that features beautifully carves dining table and chairs – which is a beautiful space for gathering and enjoying scintillating conversation and delicious food. The expansive kitchen is a dream come true for every foodie. Enjoy marble countertops that offer plenty of space for preparing meals, a triple refrigerator and high-end stain steel gas range. With vibrantly painted and fun bar stools, the center island with marble top seats eight, making it another great area for gathering around and enjoying an afternoon cocktail, casual hor d’oeuvres, or a quick breakfast.

The living area outside of the villa is as spectacular as the interior is, and offers a thoughtfully landscaped large multi-level terrace with a gorgeous outside palapa and formal dining area.
